By combining five years of peer-led simulation 1+2 (PLS), with iRIS Student-Sim, the University of Birmingham significantly enhanced FY nursing students’ critical thinking capability and practice capacity
100% of students designed scenarios at faculty level - all were added to the iRIS library
3x sims per day - from 6 sims per day in 2024 to 18 in 2025
